Powerdown Toolkit #6- Deconstructing Dinner
- This is an example of a program to train participants on how to transition to tomorrow’s food. The greatest way to overcome panic and/or a feeling of hopelessness is to get moving on changing to where we need to be, and food is a great place to start. While the details of this are for the U.K., it is a model for programs we could set up in the U.S. Please take caution, though. We all must include a changing climate in our plans with all its ramifications, because the plants that are in your area today may well not be productive as temperatures rise. Figure out ways to work around that. - Editor
